This Is The Reality, Folks
I am classically trained with over twenty-five years in the restaurant biz. A third generation Californian, I attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. I spent 12 years knocking around the Bay Area learning as much as I could about everything. I then spent five years in Santa Fe, New Mexico learning about Latin Cuisines while teaching culinary arts at two schools. In 2012, I moved to the Pacific Northwest with my family to put down roots. It is here that I finally get to create my own concept. I look forward to bringing everything I have learned about good food, and good eating, to you!
